The Development Review Board meets regularly on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM at the Town Office (297 Main Street), or as otherwise needed.

Members of the public can attend Development Review Board meetings in person or via Zoom.
Public comments are welcome at the beginning of each meeting. Contact the Town Office to request a place on the agenda.
DRB Members
DRB members are appointed by the Selectboard for a term of three years.​
There is currently one vacant seat on the DRB and two vacant alternate positions- if you are interested in serving, please email the Town Office.

Preparing for a DRB Hearing
Shoreham's Unified Development Regulations authorizes the DRB to hold hearings and grant or deny zoning appeals, requests, and approvals in specific, prescribed situations. The Zoning Administrator will advise residents when a DRB hearing is necessary. ​
